Smart Strategy helped improve several processes and implemented an application for field staff that allows them to create a request in the QuickBase application. This request automatically lets Purchasing know if we have a budget for it or not. By giving them the green light to execute directly from the request, they can create a purchase order, or as many as they need, and get management approval. Then, the field staff can update the status to "received" within our QuickBase application.
